If you choose to use your back office to enroll IBOs, Here are a few things you need to know:

Once you login to your back office:
  • Click on ONLINE APPLICATIONS on the Blue Menu tree
  • Click on ADD NEW under IBO Applications.
At this point you will notice this statement appears: 
In order to continue this electronic application you must have in your possession a printed member or IBO (Independent Business Owner) application bearing the written signature of the person that you are recruiting or a tape-recording of the person’s authorization. The authorization must clearly state the person's name and their written authorization to charge a credit card or draft a bank account. The authorization must include the date, dollar amount, bank or credit card name, account number and that the charges/drafts are recurring either monthly or quarterly on the 3rd or 18th of each month or quarter. 

 You must make and keep the following records for 24 months from the date of application:
  •  • The written application or tape-recorded application that states the name and address of each member or IBO, the AmeriPlan® services purchased the date of such services purchased, and the amount paid for the services. 
  • • All authorizations for bank draft or credit/debit card transactions. 

 The above records must be kept in a secure storage area. After 24 months of retention, you must shred/destroy such records. If for any reason your IBO Benefits Agreement ceases to be active, you must send AmeriPlan® all of the aforementioned records that have not been retained a full 24 month period. 

 By checking the "I agree to the above condition" box, I am representing to AmeriPlan® that I have read these requirements and that I am in full compliance with the terms and conditions.

We are no longer required to follow this rule.  When you submit an application, you will receive a copy of the confirmation on your screen and a copy of the confirmation is instantly forwarded to your new team mate's email.  At the bottom of this confirmation, there is a link that they can click on if the application was done without their permission or knowledge.  This relieves us from the need to obtain a copy of a signed application.  One thing you can do, if it makes you more comfortable, is ask your new team mate to forward you a copy of the confirmation back to you so you have a copy for your records that will show it came from them. This is the same as a signed copy.  It's not required, but some people feel funny about just ignoring that statement that is still on the back office. (myself included)

If you enroll someone on your back office, they will use the last 4 digits of their SSN  as the password to login to their back office the first time.  When they login the 2nd time, they'll be asked to establish their own password.
If you choose to use your IBOPlus.com/yourid/enroll site for IBO enrollments, Here are a few things you need to know:

This is the same web address you would provide to prospects who would like to enroll themselves online.  You'll notice on the first page of the application, it asks for a password.  Use the SAME PASSWORD for each application.  Most of us use the word     freedom     Your new team mate will need to use that password to login to their back office the first time..  When they login the 2nd time, they'll be asked to establish their own password.  Using the same one for everyone allows you to include this password in your "welcome to ameriplan" email that you send out to new team mates (we'll talk about this next).  If you change the password each time, you will find it harder to keep track of relaying this information to each new team mate.

If they enroll themselves online, they will use whatever password they chose to enter on that page.

There is no statement requiring a copy of anything to be saved when using this method, so some IBOs prefer this method.  You will still see a copy of the confirmation on your screen immediately upon submitting the application & your new team mate will immediately receive an emailed copy, just as with the method of using the back office for enrollments. 

Whichever method you choose, you will also receive a confirmation email in your Ameriplan.net interoffice email account.  Be sure to have activated your communication system as instructed under the WEBSITE SET UP page.

How to enroll new MEMBERS
HOW TO ENROLL NEW BUSINESS
The same two methods are available for enrolling people onto our membership plans.
1.)  Through your back office at AmeriPlan.net
2.)  On your own membership marketing site: EveryoneBenefits.com/yourid/enroll

If you choose to use your back office for membership enrollments, you will follow the same steps as above, but choose ADD NEW under MEMBER APPLICATIONS 

You'll notice the same statement appears as on the IBO application page about requiring a copy of the signed application.  We are not required to keep applications for members either. 

If you choose to use your EveryoneBenefits.com/yourid/enroll site for membership enrollments, this is the same web address you would provide to prospects who would like to key in their own membership enrollment.  You'll notice the 1st page of this application also asks for a password.  Use the same on you chose to use for IBO enrollments, but you will NOT need to provide this to the member because they will not use it for anything.

As soon as you submit an application, you will see a copy of the confirmation appear on your screen.  You will provide the member with their new membership ID number which appears in the upper right corner of the application.  Your new member will also immediately receive a copy in their email inbox.

When you invite someone onto your team, be ready to key in their enrollment immediately.   Always assume they're going to say yes, and be ready to make a smooth transition into gathering the information you need to complete the application.
