You've enrolled business... NOW WHAT??
WHAT TO DO AFTER ENROLLING NEW IBOs
First of all, CONGRATULATIONS!!  If you can enroll 1 IBO, you can enroll 100, so just keep moving forward with consistency and persistency.  

When you enroll a new team mate, remember, we are ALL Independent Business Owners, including your new team mate.  You are their mentor, not their boss.  It is THEIR responsibility to complete and apply their training.  It's your responsibility as their mentor to be there to support and guide them to the answers & information they are looking for.  Offer encouragement and support in anyway you can, but do Not feel as if it's YOUR job to do the work for them.

The first thing you want to do in preparation for signing your first new team mate, is design a "Welcome to AmeriPlan" email.  If you have focal point, once you enroll a new team mate, you will:
  • Login to your focal point system
  • Pull up that person's contact page
  • Click on Contact Interest
  • Click the button in front of "My First Level IBOs" and your new team mate will start receiving a series of pre-written training emails to guide them through the training process. 

 As you get familiar with focal point, you may choose to make modifications to those emails.  Right now, the most important things is your welcome email.  You want to be sure to provide them with your contact information, your upline's contact information and your NSDs contact information, as well as the training website information.  You can click HERE for a copy of the email I send out to people that I personally enroll.  You're welcome to copy it and modify it to use as your own.  There is training available on how to modify your focal point autoresponder to include this email as your first email OR you can copy it and send it out through your gmail account.  When you learn how to set up "canned responses" in gmail, this may be an email you'd like to set up as a canned response.

Stay in touch with your new team mate periodically, but don't hover too much.  We don't want to PUSH people, but we do want them to know that we're here to support them in any way we can.  There's a saying, "No one can PUSH someone else to success, but we can LEAD them to it!"  Lead by building your business & your paycheck.  Master your skills, and lead others to do the same. 

Remember, your focal point system will be emailing your new team mates on your behalf periodically too.  Your enroller will be emailing them periodically, and your upline NSD and VP will be emailing them as well.  If you need any help at all with mentoring your new team mate, reach out to your upline.  They are more than happy to assist in any way possible!  The FreedomAtHomeTeam is a REAL team so be sure to use the assets that are available to you!
WHAT TO DO AFTER ENROLLING NEW MEMBERS
When you enroll a new member, there isn't much else we have to do.  Member services at the corporate office will take over and take care of printing & shipping the benefits packages.  If the member has any questions about their plan, they'll call member services, not us as IBOs.

When you key in their enrollment, you will provide them with their membership ID number which will appear in the upper right corner of that confirmation.  They will also receive a copy of this confirmation in their inbox.  Advise them that their plan is activated immediately and can be used as soon as the next day (except for hospital advocacy, which has a 72hr waiting period).  For dental, all they need is that ID number, however, if they'd like to print out temporary ID cards, they may do so at their member portal AmeriPlanUSA.com/Member  They can login using their member number and their zipcode the first time.  They'll establish a personal password once they've logged in using their zipcode as their password the first time.

You will also want to activate your focal point system to send emails to your new member. 
  • Login to focal point
  • Pull up your new members contact page (or add them if they don't have one yet)
  • Click on Contact Interest
  • Click on the button next to either Dental Discount Plan or How to Use the Health Membership.
  • You may want to call them back in about 2 weeks to make sure they've received their package, but that's all we have to do!
