When we are recruiting there are a lot of factors to keep in mind:
We want to build confidence through our emails and voice mails.
Make these items personal but professional and not full of hype.
Link them to your blog, squeeze page, social media sites etc.
Provide Value through videos, newsletters, etc.
Build relationships by using factual and personal information. Avoid general terms.
Keep things clean & Simple.
It takes an average of 7 looks before someone commits to a decision.
Do not over do your auto responders.
Use sizzle calls as well as the position overview page on your website. (focal point)
Invite prospects to calls..etc.
Put the control in THEIR hands.
#1 Overview Method (use this if you have a minimum of 20 leads a day or more) This is a great time saver.
Use a calling system such as Call Fire, Phone Burner, I Call Blazer (Only if you have a MASSIVE amount of leads)
Email them the overview page and sizzle call number.
When calling use the 30 second script... If they have not reviewed site or sizzle give to them again and call them back so they already know everything when you follow up.
You answer questions and they sign
#2 The “Trusty Method” (Normal)
Give the full presentation (or partial with a sizzle call)
This is best if you have a lower amount of leads, general leads or you have more time to call people
When someone requests an interview online, try to call them within 24-48hrs
Use their "preferred time" only as a very general guideline. Remember, they have no idea what day you're going to call, so how can they know what time they'll be available that day. I recommend the initial contact is done according to YOUR schedule. You want to call them ASAP even if it's just to leave a message.
Follow the 3-strike rule:
Make 3 attempts to call someone. Some people call 3 days in a row, I personally do every other day. When you're leaving your 3rd message, make it the final one... example: "Hi Joe, I thought I'd give you ONE MORE CALL to try to get the interview you requested scheduled. If you're still interested in working with us, please give me a call back today so I can put you on my interview schedule for the week." Then BLESS AND RELEASE and move on to the next!!
Have confidence in your closing:
"I'm excited about working with you... which Level makes the best sense to you to start at?"
SMILE. People can HEAR a smile! Be excited. Sit up straight! Shut up and LISTEN!! This conversation is about THEM.

* Why Do I Pay to Work?
Educate them on owning the business vs being an employee. Focus on the Residual Income that is WILLABLE no JOB has that,

Use enroller as an example or someone’s story.
One thing Kelly told me to say when I was first getting started and was asked about MY income was "I'm just getting started myself, but if I stay on my plan, I should be making "whatever your goal is" by the end of next year!" And I'm loving having control over that myself, instead of someone else TELLING me how much I can make!"
